Debt Solutions Ltd was first launched in 1999 in Slough in the Thames Valley and is
now based in the market town of Hitchin in Hertfordshire.
Over
the years the experience of the Debt Solutions team has helped over 20,000 families through
the misery of mortgage arrears and general debt problems. Director William Roache MBE
is the longest-serving television actor in the history of UK
television. He is well
known as screen character Ken Barlow in Coronation Street.
William's role in Debt Solutions is to
promote the media and public relations side of the business.
Director Michael O'Leary is responsible for the company's long-term
objectives and the development of strategic business alliances.
Mike was actively involved with Jigsaw, a debt management company which he
launched with others in 1977. He is a former managing director of a plc
company and business consultant.
Financial Director Michael Kerry is a professional accountant with a wide experience of providing professional services to companies in the City of London, and in his local area of Hertfordshire where he provided business advice and accountancy services to small and medium businesses.

Debt Solutions Ltd is a member of DEMSA, the Debt Managers Standards Association, an organisation established in 2000 in order to promote
good practice in the debt management industry and to encourage companies to provide services of the highest standards in which the public and the
credit industry can have confidence.
Membership of DEMSA is reliant upon debt management companies being able to demonstrate that they comply with the standards set out in
the DEMSA Code of Conduct. The code has been developed in consultation with a number of debt management companies, the Office of Fair Trading and
major lenders.
