There are ways to get a Bankruptcy cancelled. This is referred to as a Bankruptcy Annulment and can only be made by the court.
If the Bankruptcy Order should NOT have been made. e.g. The correct procedures in obtaining the order were not followed or adhered to.
If all your bankruptcy debts, fees and costs have been settled in full or guaranteed to the satisfaction of the court.
If you are entering into an IVA or Individual Voluntary Arrangement with your creditors to repay all or some of your debts.
