How does the Application process work?

When you contact us we will reach out via phone or email to run through a brief assessment of your situation. This will include discussing information about your debts, your household income and your expenses, which will help us get a clear picture of why you might be struggling with debt repayments. We will be able to identify what options you have available for addressing the debts and how much money you have left over each month to put towards your debts.

We will explain all options in detail and provide information on each, highlighting what solutions are possible or not and why (some debt solutions will have specific criteria in order to avail of them).

After receiving advice, you can take as much time as you need in deciding if and what debt solution is best for you. We are happy to answer any questions you might have.

If you decide to enter into a Debt Solution with us, we will talk you through everything in detail.

If you decide to enter into a solution that we are unable to facilitate, we will signpost you to an appropriate provider or charity.
